Hi Friends!!!!

I’m Shannon Williams — founder and Creator of MyABATrainer.com and owner of MY ABA TRAINER LLC. Since 2020, I’ve been a Level 4 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), bringing both professional expertise and personal experience to the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

As a mother of four—ages 19, 18, 9, and 3—I live and breathe the realities of parenting. Two of my sons, ages 9 and 3, are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This gives me a unique perspective: I understand the role of an RBT in clinic, school, and in-home therapy settings, and I know firsthand what it means to implement ABA strategies on the home front as a parent.

When I was starting out as an RBT, I remember how overwhelming the terminology and principles of ABA felt. That’s exactly why I created MY ABA TRAINER—to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. My platform offers courses related to Austism, Parenting, and ABA study designed for professionals, educators, and caregivers who want to learn and grow and help children diagnosised with ASD. I want my students to leave with confidence, fully perpared to create meaningful change for those in need.
